The Suited for Success Youth Program is offered to two formats: a school-based format which partners with Miami-Dade County Public Schools, and a community agency based format which partners with organizations that provide services for young people in foster care.
START Now (Smart Teens are Responsible for Tomorrow) Now Program curriculum covers topics such as first impressions and personal preparedness, non-verbal communication, body language, self-esteem, and preparing for an interview.

Community Agency Based: Barbara’s Girls Program for Foster Care Youth
The Barbara’s Girls program, named in memory and honor of Barbara Tifford, Suited for Success
co-founder, began in early 2006. The young women in this program are some of the most
vulnerable and deserving in our community. As they prepare to transition out of foster care
and into the adult world at the age of 18, Barbara’s Girls are given the job skills training
necessary to secure and retain employment.
